1. Website Development

1.1 LIST Media agrees to commence your website build upon receipt of a 50% deposit from the client.

1.2 The website is a 1 page website that will include the following features:

• Header & Hero: A strong introduction to your business that grabs attention.
• Get a Quote: An easy way for clients to connect and request services.
• Services: A detailed showcase of what you do best, from plumbing to electrical work.
• About: Share your trade journey and the drive behind your business.
• Team: Highlight the hardworking people making it all happen.
• Contact & Footer: Essential contact details to keep you reachable.

1.3 The website will feature a chat widget, 5 stock images, Google Business Profile integration.

2. Payment

2.1 The total cost for website development and services outlined is $999 AUD.

2.2 A 50% deposit is required upon agreement to commence the project, with the remaining 50% due upon the completion and delivery of the website.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 The client is responsible for providing any necessary custom images and copy within 48 hours from the end of the discovery call.

4. Revisions

4.1 There is 1 revision included, which must be requested within 7 days after the website delivery. The revision does not form a part of the initial 7-day delivery period.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 LIST Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the website.

6. Governing Law

6.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LIST Media operates, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
